  • Coordination of Offshore Contruction Team (Over 100 Workers)

  • Ensuring that the revamping of four platforms is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

  • Verify day-to-day operational status of revaping of platforms, installation equipment, and personnel 

  • ​Ensure work execution complies with the client’s DEP and QAQC requirements.

  • Ensure site compliance with Company’s HSSE management policy, emergency/medevac procedure, AMS ESP, PTW etc.

  • Monitor and drive work progress, daily activities, resource planning and cost. Assess the consequences of change or delay on the overall progress of work and feedback to onshore operation and project engineers.

  • Monitor and drive offshore execution work to achieve target productive hours per work pack planning.

  • Work under Offshore preparation Manager as a dimensional Control Surveyor and piping designer.

  • Liaising with client engineer`s to survey anomalies both for piping and structural, produce & issue fabrication piping isometrics and structural drawings for engineering to review and approval.

  • Assist to shut down coordinator for preparation of shut down work packs.

Scope of Work:
Coordination of Survey Team. (over 40 Surveyors.)​​
  • Liaise with the client through all phases of the project, ensuring that all of the client requirements are being met.
  • Maintain close collaboration with the company’s Engineering Department to meet the Survey requirements arising from the work in that department.
  • Monitor, report and action any Survey equipment that requires maintenance/calibration.
  • Monitor and action the equipment required for each project. Organizing manifests, custom clearances as necessary.
  • Raise and issue ‘Yellow cards’ and Non Conformance Reports when the requirements of ISO 9001 are not met.
  • Liaise with other departments and client focal points with regard to the issue of information they may require, in a timely manner.
  • Attend all Departmental and Management meetings, following up any actions required by the Survey department.
  • Liaise closely with the Accounts Department to monitor the progress both physical and financial on projects.
